In some instances, Bestow processes personal information on behalf of our customers, such as insurance carriers, and other insurance or financial services companies. This Bestow Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent we process personal information in the role of a service provider or a data processor on behalf of our customers.  

We are not responsible for how our customers collect, use, or otherwise process personal information when utilizing our products and services. In certain circumstances, you may refer you to submit your privacy rights directly to our customers, including with customers with whom you have a direct relationship. We will work with and support our customers in responding to your privacy rights.

How we secure your personal information

We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the personal information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, and destruction. Please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or means of electronic storage is absolutely secure and no data security measures can guarantee 100% security, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, devices, and computer by, among other things, choosing a robust password and keeping your log-in and password private.
